Common questions

Do I need to give you an email address to use these?

No. Every guide and tool on this page is open. The build guide is a public URL and the audit runs on a domain you type in.

How long does the AI visibility tracker take to build?

Stage one takes about thirty minutes and needs nothing installed: you paste a snippet into your browser console on Bing Webmaster Tools and get your citation counts. The full seven-stage build, with a dashboard, daily automation and the cross-channel reconciler, is a weekend.

Will this work if my agency site is on WordPress, or GoHighLevel, or a page builder?

Yes. The Bing and Search Console stages read data from those services and do not touch your site at all. Only the first-party beacon stage needs a script tag on your pages, which every one of those platforms supports.

Why track AI citations separately from Google rankings?

Because they move independently, and neither console can see the other. A page can be strong in Bing AI answers and invisible in Google, or healthy in Google and dead in Bing. Read one console at a time and both look like traffic being slightly soft.

Can you just build this for us instead?

Yes, that is part of what we do, and a strategy call is the place to start. The guide is here because plenty of agencies would rather own it themselves, and it works either way.

Stuck on one of these?

The build guide in particular gets fiddly at the dashboard and automation stages. If you get part way and hit a wall, that is normal and it is worth a conversation.
