We believe in earning your business every month. If you're not satisfied with our work, here's our three-step approach:

1. Discuss: Tell us exactly what isn't meeting your expectations. Open and honest communication is the foundation of our process.
2. Resolve: We'll create an action plan to address your concerns and implement changes within an agreed timeline.
3. Refund: If we can't resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we'll process a refund in good faith based on the guidelines above.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please email us at helpdesk@affordablecare.ai with the following information:

• Your full name and company name
• Invoice number or payment reference
• Reason for the refund request
• Any supporting documentation

We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and work to resolve it promptly.

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Bank processing may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.
• You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of a refund request, you may escalate the matter directly to Mike Moore, founder of Strategic AI Architects. We are committed to fair and transparent resolution of all disputes and will work with you to reach an equitable outcome.
