Refund Policy

The short version: all sales are final. Strategic AI Architects does not offer refunds on any plan, subscription, or service. You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time and it will not renew for the next billing cycle. If we make a mistake on our side, contact us and we will make it right.

1. All Sales Are Final

All fees paid to Strategic AI Architects ("SAA," "we," "our," or "us") for any plan, subscription, project, or service are non-refundable. This includes setup fees, monthly retainers, project-based fees, and any one-time charges, unless a separate written service agreement expressly states otherwise. In the event of a conflict between this Refund Policy and a specific service agreement, the service agreement shall prevail.

2. Monthly Subscriptions and Cancellation

You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time. When you cancel:

• Your subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle.
• You retain access to the service through the end of the current paid billing period.
• We do not provide partial or prorated refunds for the remainder of a billing period already paid.

3. Errors on Our Side

If a charge or a delivery error was our fault, we will make it right. Where the mistake was on our side, we will consider compensation on a case-by-case basis, which may include a credit, corrective work, or another remedy appropriate to the situation. Contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.

4. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of services while the dispute is reviewed.
